Introduction
At DPLMS ("we", "our", or "us"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your information when you use www.dplms.com and our SaaS learning platform. By using DPLMS, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Who we treat as a client
For this Privacy Policy, an academy user who registers on DPLMS and creates or administers a workspace, including institution owners, administrators, and instructors with platform accounts, is our client. We collect and use client information to provide the platform, manage subscriptions, and offer support.
Students, parents, and other learners who sign up on an individual academy's website are users of that academy's services. Their primary relationship is with the academy (our client). We may process learner data on the client's behalf solely to deliver the LMS features the client has enabled.
