6. Account

Account is the module where the admin manages their own personal profile and workspace details. Similarly, it is used to show account information such as User ID, email verification status, account status, and role. It allows the admin to edit their profile and view key details about their subscription plan and workspace.

6.1. AccountSetting

6.1.1 Features of Account Settings.

1. Profile details: It allows displaying name, email, and profile picture, with a badge to display it's an Admin Account.
2. Account information: It displays User ID, email (with verified status), account status (Active), role (ADMIN), member-since date, and last updated timestamp.
3. Edit profile: It allows the admin to update Full name and Phone number, with a "Save profile" button.
4. Workspace panel: In the system, it is used to show the current plan (Free Trial, days left), a list of features included in the plan, workspace name, public display name, workspace URL slug, onboarding status, and tenant status.
5. Quick links: It allows shortcuts to Branding, Colours, Footer, and Academy (site) pages.
6. Quick contact: It displays the admin’s registered email and phone number for reference.

6.1.2. How it works (stepwise)

1. Admin goes to Account inside Account Settings.
2. Admin views their Profile details and Account information on the left.
3. To make changes, Admin edits the Full name or Phone number field under "Edit profile".
4. Admin clicks "Save profile" to update the changes.
5. On the right, Admin can check their current plan status, workspace details, and use Quick links to jump directly to Branding, Colours, Footer, or the live Academy site.

6.2. Advantage of Account

1. In Account Settings, everything about your profile is in one place.
2. In Account Settings, Quick links make it easy to jump to Branding, Colours, Footer, or our live site.
3. It is used to display the trial days left, so you don't get surprised.
4. It is used to Verify badges to make the account feel secure.
5. It helps to keep contact info visible for quick reference.

6.3. Disadvantages of Account

1. You can only edit names and phone numbers here, not email.
2. There is no option to change your password from this page.
3. You can't edit the workspace URL directly; you may need support for that.
4. There is no login history, so you can't see past account activity.
5. There is no option to delete or deactivate your own account from here
