5. Communication

Communication is the module that allows the admin to connect with students and instructors through the platform. Similarly, it has two main types: Consultations and Mass Email, which help the admin stay in touch with users without needing outside tools. This module makes it easier to follow up on leads and share updates with everyone at once.

The Two Types are:

5.1. Consultations

Consultations is the feature that lets the admin view requests from students or visitors who want to talk or book a session. It helps the admin track who reached out and follow up with them on time.

5.1.1. How it works:

1. Admin opens the Consultations page
2. Admin sees a list of requests from students or visitors
3. Admin checks the name, contact, and message of each request
4. Admin contacts the person to follow up
5. Admin updates the status once it's done

5.2. Mass Email

Mass Email is the feature that lets the admin send one email to many users at the same time, like all students or all instructors. Similarly, it helps the admin share news or updates quickly without emailing each person one by one.

5.2.1. How it works:

1. Admin opens the Mass Email page
2. Admin picks a group to send to (like all students or all instructors)
3. Admin writes the subject and message
4. Admin clicks send
5. Email goes out to everyone in that group at once

5.3. Advantages of Communication

1. Saves time by reaching many people at once
2. Keeps all messages inside the platform; no outside tools needed
3. Helps the admin follow up with leads easily
4. Simple to use, even for someone without technical skills
5. Keeps students and instructors updated quickly

5.4. Disadvantages of Communication

1. There is no option to schedule emails for later.
2. It allows sending too many mass emails could annoy users.
3. There is no confirmation showing if all emails were delivered.
4. It Can't personalise emails for each person.
5. There is no way to track if users actually opened the email.
