Finance is the module where the Admin manages all the payment-related activities on the platform. Similarly, it covers the payment and is tracked, giving the Admin a clear record of who has paid and how much.

Two Module Features

4.1. Payment

Payment is the feature that shows all the payments made by students for course enrollments. It helps the Admin keep track of who has paid, how much, and when, acting as a payment ledger for the academy.

4.1.1. How it works (stepwise):

1. Admin goes to Finance inside Payments.
2. Admin views the list of payments, which includes details like student name, course, amount, and date.
3. Admin can use the search or filter to find a specific payment record.

4.2. QR Payments

QR Payments is the feature that lets the Admin set up and manage manual payments made through a QR code. It helps academies accept payments directly (like bank transfer or digital wallet scans) without needing an online payment gateway.

4.2.1. How it works (stepwise):

1. Admin goes to Finance inside the QR Payments (Manual Payment settings).
2. Admin uploads or sets up the QR code image for payment.
3. Students scan the QR code and make the payment outside the platform.
4. Admin manually verifies and records the payment against the student's enrollment.

4.3. Advantages of Finance

1. It helps keep all payment records in one place for easy tracking
2. It is used to allow academies to accept payments without needing a full payment gateway
3. It helps the Admin verify who has paid for which course easily
4. It is Useful for academies in regions where online payment gateways aren't easily accessible.
5. Reduces manual bookkeeping outside the platform

4.4. Disadvantage of Finance

1. QR Payments require manual verification, which can be slow or error-prone
2. No automatic confirmation when a student pays via QR code
3. Risk of human error when manually recording payments
4. No visible refund or dispute management shown
5. Manual process doesn't scale well as the number of students grows
