10. Student Panel

In the DPLM platform, the Students Panel is the dashboard where a lot of users can access and view the courses, payments, progress tracking, and so on.

10.1. Overview

The Overview page in the student panel is used to display all the number of enrolled courses, completed courses by the students, able to view the total payment made, and can view different sections and Recent courses. Similarly, students can use the system without any difficulties.

How it works(stepwise):

1. Students log in to the dashboard.
2. The home page opens with a welcome message that includes the student's name.
3. Student view: Enrolled courses, completed courses, total payment, and referral number are displayed at the top.
4. Students click on quick cards for other pages, such as My Courses or Payments.
5. Students scroll down to see recent courses, recent payments, and upcoming instalments.

Advantages of Overview

1. Students can access all key information on one page.
2. Easy to know how many courses are done or pending.
3. Help card to other pages quickly.
4. Students can view payments and instalments without navigating to another page.

Disadvantage of Overview

1. Display only a select few of the most recent items, not a complete list.
2. No detail about course content here; students need to open courses to see more.
3. The referral conversion number is shown, but not explained what it means.
